Alison Werner, a Licensed Acupuncturist and Certified Clinician of Whole Foods Nutrition, has been dedicated to improving the health of the residents of Door County and our visitors since 2010.
In over 10 years of practice, Alison saw many lives transformed through acupuncture. However, she realized that nutrition was at the foundation of health and disease so began her studies of whole food clinical nutrition. A body must have genuine replacement parts, from whole food, in order to repair itself. Alison is able to guide patients in regard to their food intake as well as support patients with clinically designed supplement programs to restore or reach optimal health.
Alison is a nationally board certified acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist (NCCAOM) and holds acupuncture licenses in both Wisconsin and California. She is also certified by the International Foundation of Nutrition and Health and holds a Clinical Certification of Whole Foods Nutrition.
At Wood Rabbit Acupuncture, my mission is to provide a comfortable and nurturing environment in which I empower my patients to take an active role in their own health and well being.
I am looking forward to beginning a journey towards optimal health with you today.
